We would like to invite you to participate in the final Recap symposium –simultaneous to the World Health and Design Forum 2014- on Wednesday the 22nd of October in Eindhoven from 14pm-5.30pm (registration from 1.30pm).
Muziekgebouw Frits Philips Eindhoven
Jan van Lieshoutstraat 3
5600 AX Eindhoven
The Recap (Regional Care Portals) project aims at boosting innovation and employment by strengthened cooperation at international level. Therefore the project has been developed with twelve partners from the North West Europe region. In view of the scale and the urgency, Recap focuses specifically on patients with chronic heart failure problems, one of the main causes of death in Western Europe. By focusing on a specific target group, the quality of the solutions is improved, services can be more easily delivered to new patient groups and integration in the transnational portal is facilitated. The Symposium will offer you the opportunity to hear about the results of the projects and future planned developments.
The research and testing of innovations took place in three regional hubs, each of which focused on one aspect where the collaborating partners already have gained experience (Telehealth solutions, Intelligent organization of care and Decision supporting systems).
The programme of this final event will include presentations regarding the activities and results of these hubs and their contribution to the final project deliverable; the development of a transnational health innovation portal (see programme).
The symposium will be organised simultaneous to the World Health and Design Forum2014 (WHDF2014).
Attendance for this RECAP event is free of charge.
